Iranian Propaganda Video Targets Melania Trump and Barron as Threats Against Trump Family Escalate
A disturbing propaganda video reportedly circulating from Iran has targeted First Lady Melania Trump and issued a threatening message toward President Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron, amid heightened tensions between Washington and Tehran.
The approximately two-minute video, reportedly titled “How to Kill Melania Trump” and also circulated under the name “Where to Kill Melania?!,” was published by Tasnim News Agency, an outlet widely described as being closely connected to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The video reportedly features images of Melania Trump traveling in New York City and references locations she has visited, including Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue. Target-style graphics appear over some of the locations, while the narration suggests that such places could provide opportunities for attacks.
The production also reportedly discusses poisoning clothing purchased by the first lady and references VX nerve agent. It further identifies individuals described as Melania’s stylists and discusses potential efforts to persuade them to participate in an attack.
Near the end of the video, the threat reportedly shifts toward Barron Trump, who is 20 years old. The narrator delivers the ominous message: “This is just the beginning. Barron Trump, wait for us.”
The Secret Service is reportedly aware of the video. A spokesperson said the agency investigates perceived threats against its protectees but declined to discuss operational details. Melania Trump and Barron Trump receive Secret Service protection.
The reported video follows other threats directed at the Trump family amid the escalating confrontation between the United States and Iran. Billboards reportedly appearing in Tehran have called for the deaths of President Trump and members of his family, including Melania, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, Tiffany Trump and Barron.
Some of the displays reportedly featured violent imagery and slogans such as “Blood for blood,” intensifying concerns about the rhetoric being promoted by Iranian state-linked media and propaganda outlets.
Melania Trump has maintained a relatively limited public schedule recently. She did not attend the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner, with a source close to her reportedly citing a scheduling conflict.
President Trump has also publicly acknowledged the threats against him. Earlier this month, amid security concerns linked to Iran, he reportedly traveled aboard an older Air Force One aircraft after departing Turkey following a NATO meeting.
Speaking to reporters, Trump warned that any successful attack against him would provoke a severe response.
“I’ve been on their list for a long time. That’s what we’re dealing with,” Trump said. “The only thing is, I’ve left instructions—if anything happens, to just literally bomb them at levels that they’ve never seen before.”
The reported propaganda campaign comes as tensions between Washington and Tehran remain extremely high. Beyond its inflammatory rhetoric, the targeting of specific public figures and locations has raised concerns among U.S. security officials about whether such material could encourage or facilitate violence.
For the Trump family, the latest threats underscore the continuing security challenges surrounding the president and his relatives. The Secret Service continues to protect its assigned individuals while closely evaluating potential threats and declining to reveal sensitive security procedures.
The emergence of the video adds another troubling chapter to an increasingly hostile confrontation between the Iranian regime and the Trump administration.
